Lindsey Johnson is an agritourism strategist and the founder of Copani, a platform dedicated to regenerative agritourism and sustainable food tourism. She works with regenerative farms and food businesses to build destinations worth visiting — from brand positioning and experience design to website architecture and go-to-market strategy.

She brings more than six years of experience at the intersection of food systems, public health, and sustainable development across nonprofit, government, and philanthropic sectors. She serves on the Sustainable and Regenerative Agriculture and Agritourism committee of the Global Agritourism Network and is a RT+ Change Maker Member through Regenerative Travel.

Rooted in a background in Peace and Conflict Studies, Lindsey believes in the power of food to connect people and foster cross-cultural understanding. She is based in Brooklyn, New York.
